By accessing or using FlickerPlay at https://flickerplay.devkreativ.xyz, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms of Service, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.
FlickerPlay is an online video streaming platform that provides access to movies, TV series, and other video content. We offer both free (guest) and authenticated user experiences. Authenticated users may have access to additional features and content.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You may create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with your Google account via OAuth. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at maripatechagency@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Each person may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
When using FlickerPlay, you agree to:
All content available on FlickerPlay — including but not limited to movies, series, images, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to FlickerPlay. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
If you submit any content to the platform (such as reviews or profile information), you grant FlickerPlay a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the service. You retain ownership of any content you submit.
Some content on FlickerPlay may be provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party content.
Unregistered (guest) users may access a limited number of videos before being prompted to create an account. Guest viewing history is tracked via browser cookies solely to enforce these limits and contains no personally identifiable information.
FlickerPlay may offer subscription plans that provide access to premium content. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct harmful to FlickerPlay, its users, or third parties.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at maripatechagency@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
FlickerPlay does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlickerPlay and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Your use of FlickerPlay is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including data received through Google OAuth.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permitted, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email notification. Your continued use of FlickerPlay after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
